Victor Porres got his start working for Duval Construction in Berkeley, California. For 9 years he learned every aspect of the trade — from site preparation and rebar installation to precise pours, finishing, and seismic retrofitting the Bay Area demands.
Drawing on that hands-on experience, Victor founded Porres Concrete right here in Oakland. Operating under California Contractor License #998789 for over 24 years, what started as one man with a truck has grown into a trusted, family-owned company.
